All our meals are prepared with ingredients suitable for human consumption, with detailed records  kept for full traceability.  Our recipes vary according to freshly available and seasonal foods.

 

Some produce from our own garden, and eggs from our own hens are used when available.

 

We can offer portions of gravy to tempt our guests, always made from home made stock, and vegetarian meals on request.
