TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Dogs can only stay at Centre Barks with current vaccinations against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Canine Parvovirus, Para influenza and Kennel Cough*

 

*Kennel Cough immunisation is separate to annual boosters, and must be given at least 2 weeks before your dog’s holiday.

 

Treatments for worms and flea/tick prevention

 

Please note, that without bringing your current vaccination certificate to check-in, your dog cannot stay at Centre Barks

 

If your dog appears unwell or has signs of parasitic infection at check-in, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission

 

In order to look after your dog we request detailed information about your dog prior to check-in.

 

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of boarding fees will be charged to secure a booking.  The balance is payable at the end of your dog’s stay.  Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card (we do not accept American Express)

 

Boarding is charged for arrival and departure days.  Dogs must be checked in and collected between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday, 10 to 12  on Saturday and 5 to 6pm Sunday.  Dogs not collected by these times will incur a day’s boarding fee.

 

Dogs not collected from Centre Barks 14 days following the booked collection date will become property of the proprietors, although every endeavour will be made to contact the owners.

 

Dogs stay at Centre Barks at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken throughout their stay, Centre Barks will not be liable for illness, injury or death of any animal in their care.
